Because I don't want to invest on mainland related banking business!! HSBC and BOC main business is on oversea!! If invest on mainland financial industry...I prefer insurance stock! Also, as I join the bank's plan to invest with Margin, so I need to have some stocks in HSI and relatively stable so to keep my asset value in a certain level...!! If it drop a lot,..I need to call margin by the bank! HSBC and BOC fit this requirement!! (and another one is Town Gas and that's why I always buy it!!) It's quite complicated...
